Yoga practice for wrists and forearms

The easiest way to work with wrists and forearms is to add different hand movements to your existing yoga practice. You can be very creative with your hand gestures; just make sure that you include both wrist flexion and extension and move your fingers.
The yoga practice below includes the following hand movements to give you some examples of what’s possible. It will help you to stretch and strengthen your hands, wrists, and forearms without putting too much stress on them.
Certain movement combinations work every time to release tension in specific body areas, and simple yoga practices based on those movements can give us reliable relief from physical tensions.
Fantastic! Thank you Olga.
Great stuff Olga! I’m just getting over realigning my pelvis…exciting but a bit of work getting back. Thanx to your vids…I am well on my way!! I am a children’s entertainer…I juggle every day (clubs and balls) as well as zumba and unicycle when my pelvis isn’t fixing itself…lol. My question…Do you have a routine or can you suggest to me some stretching for my arms…mostly my forearms…I have strong arms but they are sore all the time. I can’t stretch out my forearm where it gets especially stiff…right under the elbow..sorta straight line from thumb. The normal wrist rotations and arm twist thing just don’t seem to be doing it….. I am double jointed so getting a stretch isn’t always easy depending on the body part…lol….any thoughts???
