Private yoga sessions with Olga Kabel over Skype
Hi there! I am Olga Kabel, yoga teacher and yoga therapist. I write posts and record videos on this website with one single purpose – to help you feel better. My hope is that by learning more about your body both from the Eastern and Western perspective, you will be able to apply those lessons to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
I love hearing your personal stories and appreciate when you ask for my advice. The tricky thing is that everyone is different, and every situation is different. It is impossible for me to identify the issue or suggest treatment from just a few short sentences. I would love to help, but to do that I need details (many, many details) and I need to see you move!
So if you want my help and are willing to dive deep into what’s happening in your body, please request a private yoga session with me. Private yoga sessions are available on some Wednesdays and Thursdays and are conducted via Skype.
The cost is $95/per session and each session is usually 1 hour long.
During the session we discuss your personal goals, talk about challenges that you face and go through simple movements to explore how you respond to different yoga practices. Based on that information I select and adapt yoga postures and breathing techniques for your body. Personal practices are designed and sequenced in a specific way to help you feel better physically, energetically and mentally. You will get your personalized practice sequence, and we will make sure that you are comfortable with your practice and can continue to do it on your own safely and effectively.
