Changes are in the air! Here is what it will look like going forward

Even though February is still in full swing, signs of spring are already in the air. When I go for my afternoon walk, I can almost feel the trees getting ready to burst with fresh leaves and flowers. Early spring always feels so promising here in the Pacific Northwest.

Spring is a time of renewal and usually an opportunity to reevaluate what I am doing and where I am going. This year in May will be exactly ten years since I started writing this weekly blog. This adds up to more than 500 articles about yoga, our bodies, and other related topics. I sure had a lot to say when I was starting out! Now I feel myself slowing down and focusing more on deep dives into specific topics, with individual posts grouped together as a series, like we did last year with different physiological systems and this year with Four Brain Characters. These types of yoga series take more time and require more dedicated preparation. This means that moving forward, you will still see the same kind of in-depth yoga content you’ve come to expect, but there will also be breaks in between. Some weeks we will do a deep dive into a specific topic; other weeks, we will let you know about cool new things happening with Sequence Wiz and Happy U; and some weeks, there will be nothing at all. This type of schedule seems more appropriate and more manageable right now.

We also have many other amazing projects in the works that we can’t wait to share with you! Those will be revealed in their own due time as they begin to take shape and mature.

Thank you for reading our articles, sharing your thoughts, using our services, purchasing our yoga series, and all the other countless ways you support Sequence Wiz. We are truly grateful! And together, we dive into the next stage of growth – onward and upward!

With love,

Olga Kabel

Thank you Olga. You have become a staple in my yoga practice. My yoga/chant teacher in India, Radha Sundararajan, sadly passed away during Covid in 2021. I was not able to consider another teacher for some time. It was fortunate for me that I had been a subscriber to your weekly blogs and practices for many years. You have helped me to keep on track and learn more. I so appreciate all your work and the support I have felt from it during this difficult time. I have done your practices for years and love them. Thank you.

Thank you, Debby! So sorry to hear about your teacher; it’s so rare to find a mentor who truly speaks to you. I hope you are able to connect to other students of Radha who share your passion for chanting. Thank you for spending your time with us here!

    Hi Olga,

Let me say thank you for all the work you do and offer for free!

    I read all of them.

A while ago I tried to sign up for your group that shares yoga therapy cases,
as I am a yoga therapist and would love to join.
For unknown reasons I was not successful.

Could you connect me with the person in charge of this ?
Thank you very much for your help,

    Hanna Back

Hi Hanna; thank you for your kind words about the site! Sorry to hear that you weren’t able to join our Case Study discussions. We conduct those on Sequence Wiz community website that is available to current Sequence Wiz members. You don’t seem to have an active subscription at the moment; once you do, you will have access to all current and former Case Studies. I hope that you decide to join us! Sincerely, Olga
