As the summer gradually comes to an end and many of us return to more sedentary patterns of living, it becomes particularly important to keep moving our bodies and maintaining our energy levels. Yoga can help with that. Try one (or more) of our yoga series to include yoga into your day and keep yourself moving and breathing consciously.

This week only all our yoga series are on sale. Our compilation yoga series with supporting articles are $35 (usually $55), and all therapeutic yoga series are $75 (usually $95).

Happy Body: Yoga from Head to Toe

This series consists of fifteen short foundational practices that cover each body area from the neck to the ankles. They include foundational movements that are effective for targeting specific body areas in a short period of time. You can use them as-is or expand on them as you see fit. The series also includes a collection of articles about each body area in printable pdf format and video summaries of the most important points you need to know when you work with specific body areas.

In Happy Body: Yoga from Head to Toe series, you will get:

  • 15 targeted yoga practices that are accessible to most students,
  • 26 articles on how to keep different parts of your body happy and tension-free,
  • 13 videos with a brief outline of the most important points and safety precautions about each body area.

This series is available on HappyU hub for $35 until September 1.


Breathe to Live: Yoga for Energy and Vitality

In Breathe to Live: Yoga for Energy and Vitality series, you will learn how to breathe more effectively to feel vital, resilient, and strong. The series shows you how our respiratory system works, what kind of breathing patterns are optimal, and how they affect our physiology. The series includes 26 yoga practices and a collection of articles about each aspect of the respiratory system in printable pdf format, as well as video summaries of the most important points for each chapter.

In the Breathe to Live: Yoga for Energy and Vitality series, you will get:

  •  25 targeted yoga practices that are accessible to most students,
  • 30 articles on the modern understanding of the breathing process and how it relates to the traditional yogic approach,
  • 14 videos with a brief outline of the most important points for each chapter.

Therapeutic yoga series

Release tension, build stability, and develop suppleness in your neck/upper back, lower back/sacrum, and hips. Try our therapeutic yoga series if specific areas of your body need a bit more love and attention. Each therapeutic yoga series is available on HappyU hub for $75 until September 1.
